A contract with our service will only exist once ProResumes has accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion. If we decline an order, we will notify you within 24 hours and process a full refund if payment has been made.
All prices listed on the ProResumes website are subject to change without prior notice. However, if a price changes after you have placed an order, the price at the time of purchase will apply. If our prices are reduced within seven days of your purchase, we will refund the difference upon request.

Ordering with ProResumes
To complete your order, we require personal information such as contact details, education, and employment history. If any necessary details are missing, we will contact you to gather the required information.
ProResumes requires payment in advance to begin processing your order. Payments can be made securely via PayPal or credit/debit cards through our online payment gateway. If an incorrect order is placed, such as selecting the wrong service type, we will contact you to settle the difference or process a full refund if you choose not to proceed.
All communications related to your order—including confirmations, follow-ups, and requests for additional information—may be conducted via email, telephone calls, online meetings, or WhatsApp, as indicated on our website.
If the complexity of your order results in a delay beyond the standard turnaround time, we will inform you and discuss an adjusted timeline. The turnaround time starts only after we have received all required information from you.
Your completed CV will be delivered via email in Microsoft Word and PDF format to the email address provided at the time of order. If any information is missing, we may be unable to provide a PDF version until the missing details are supplied.
We advise checking your junk or spam folder regularly during the process. We do not accept liability for undelivered emails marked as spam.
Turnaround Times
Our turnaround times are based on average completion rates and may vary depending on workload and order complexity. If we anticipate delays, we will notify you promptly to discuss an updated timeframe.
ProResumes cannot be held liable for any inconvenience resulting from exceeding estimated turnaround times. No refunds will be provided due to delays unless agreed upon in exceptional circumstances.
For faster delivery, we offer an express service option. The express turnaround is based on an average completion time of 24 hours, measured from the point of receiving all required information. Please note that while we strive to meet this average, it is not an absolute guarantee.
Cancellation and Amendments Policy
Our services involve personalized, custom-written content. As such, they are exempt from standard distance selling regulations.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer 12 months of free edits to your CV after completion. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced, as our service is tailored to individual needs.
